The members of the non-teaching staff are also part and parcel of the sub-committees and play an active role in the decision-making process.

Various sub-committees are formed with the active participation of the teaching and non-teaching staff and operational autonomy is delegated to these sub-committees with a view towards bolstering decentralised governance. Both administrative and academic responsibilities are assigned to these sub-committees and accountability is also fixed.
